4. Credit Inquiries

Pro Capital uses soft credit inquiries only, which do not affect your credit score. When you apply, you authorize Pro Capital and the lending partners in its network to obtain soft credit inquiries from consumer reporting agencies on your behalf, or on behalf of the participating lender. Pro Capital does not perform a hard credit pull at any stage.

5. TCPA / Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive calls, texts, and voicemails from Pro Capital and its funding partners at that number, including via automated technology, regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain application data as long as needed to serve you and to comply with legal, tax, and audit requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights
